Motivating Story of Ferrari Car

This is a highly motivating story about a man who broke his sons fingers for denting his ferrari car.

He had called everyone home to see his new acquisition, a Ferrari Sports Car. Fifteen minutes to go before they all arrive home for the party he was hosting on having bought a new Ferrari Car.

He goes out to see the Ferrari car is looking immaculate and his heart sank to see his three year old son hammering dents into the bonnet of his million dollar Ferrari car with a stone.

The father got so wild that with rage that he knocked his son away from the car, hammered the little toddler fingers with the same stone he used to dent the car. The boy fell unconscious.

The father came to his sense and rushed the boy to hospital. The fingers were a pulp and doctors could not fix it. They amputated three of the boy’s fingers.

When the child regained consciousness he sees the bandaged stumps in place of his little fingers, looks at her father and said “I am sorry daddy, I will not do it again Daddy, when will my fingers grow back?” The father had no answer or justification. That evening the father committed one more mistake. He committed suicide.

They did everything they could as parents, to keep the child happy, concealing their own sorrow. They now lived entirely for him.

One day the boy was walking in the park with his parents. They saw some children playing football. The parents knew the child wanted to play too.

But who will let him play. The match was coming towards the last ten minutes and there was no goal scored by any of the teams.

The father went up to the captain of one team and requested for his son to play for a few minutes with them. The team captain refused.

He then went to the other team captain with the request. This team captain thought for a while and looked at the boy’s face which was beaming with innocence and enthusiasm.

Against the will of the entire team members as well as the crowd watching the local match, he allowed the boy to play. The boy ran around the football field running behind the football.

He never got to kick the ball but got kicked by the boys of his own team. Thirty seconds to go for the match to finish and he was near the goal post of his own team running behind the football.

And for the first time he got to kick the ball and it was a goal! The whole place went silent. The boy could not understand.

He has seen everyone shouting and cheering the player scoring the goal. Now he has scored a goal for his team and no one was cheering him.

The little boy’s underdeveloped brain could not understand that he has scored a goal for the other team.

The father could not take it any more and started cheering him aloud. The crowd and both the teams also realised the situation and cheered him in one voice.

The captain looked at the kid and thought, there just one more ball to go and four runs required to win which he thought was presently impossible as the bowler had three of the team out in three successive balls. As such a win was almost impossible so he let the disabled kid to bat the last ball. The bowler dispatched the ball aimed at the kids bat.

Before he could even lift the heavy bat the ball bounced and went to a fielder who deliberately let it go past having understood the bowler’s intention. The father cheered him, “Take a run Shoy, run.” The deep fielder picked up the ball and threw it to the wicket keeper.

Shoy ran limping as fast he could manage. The crowd watching the game also started cheering, “Come on shoy, Keep it up”. The wicket keeper let the ball slip off his gloved hands. Now Shoy was completing his third run. Everything looked in slow motion as every one wanted Shoy to complete the fourth run including the team that would lose by doing so.

Two more fielders did their part allowing Shoy to complete the last winning run, as the crowed and both teams cheering him, “Shoy, You can do it”, disregarding excruciating pain in his thin steel plate strapped leg.
